LORD To Film New Video

Australian metallers LORD will film a video for the song "Through the Fire" on March 1 at The Ox Tavern in Wollongong. Says the band, "This will not be a live show. Instead will be a group of us having some drinks and being stupid with the cameras. If you're in the area, come along and bring your LORD shirt!!!"

LORD's new album, "Ascendence", was released in August in Japan through Soundholic Records and in Australia via Modern Invasion Music.

Regarding what the album sounds like, LORD mainman Lord Tim previously said, "Any DUNGEON fans in the house? You won't be disappointed! If DUNGEON were to continue instead of disbanding in 2005, this is the album we would have made next (for all intents and purposes, LORD is DUNGEON: Mark II anyway). It's got all of the things you enjoyed about DUNGEON — fast songs, lots of big catchy choruses, solos galore, amazing drumming and heaps of diversity from song to song, since we're fans of all styles of metal."
